Can we meet before the wedding day?

Establishing a great connection with our clients is paramount to being able to capture amazing photographs! We want to make sure you're 100% confident that we’re the right photographers for you and that you'll feel comfortable having us around on such a monumental day in your life. For local clients, we love to meet in nearby coffee shops to share more about our work and listen to your story.

Can I see a full gallery of your work?

YES! What we show on my social media and website isn't always a good representation of an entire wedding day. We’d love to share with you a few full galleries of weddings that we’ve delivered to clients recently. Having a really good idea of what your photographs will look like from an entire wedding day is incredibly important.


How do we book?

To reserve your date, we simply need a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer/deposit. If your wedding requires travel, we will also need my travel expenses paid at the time of booking to ensure travel costs are as quoted. Unfortunately, we cannot hold any dates without the signed contract, retainer, and any travel fees.

What is your payment schedule?

The retainer/deposit + travel is due at the time of booking and the final balance is due 30 days before the event date.


What is your turnaround time?

It all depends on the season and the amount of projects that we are working on, but 4-8 weeks is typical turnaround time (often sooner).

What resolution are they delivered in?

We always deliver photographs in the maximum resolution available after post-processing and cropping. This means that most are 20 megapixels or over which is perfect for most printing projects.

Who owns the copyright?

While we retain the copyright of the images from your wedding day, the contract that we use gives personal print and media permissions to our clients for any non-commercial usage. If you have any more questions or concerns, please ask!

How will we receive the photographs?

We use an online delivery system that gives you links to download .zip files of the event as well as an online gallery that you can reference and share with family/friends. We love this because we are able to share the photos with you immediately after finishing them!


Where are you based?

We are based in the Dayton, Ohio. The Gem City is home to our family and friends.

Do you travel?

YES! YES! YES! While we are based in Dayton, we travel worldwide for work. We have been fortunate enough to have photographed in the fantastic landscapes of Utah, Arizona, Colorado, California and New York. We would love to talk about and photograph your destination wedding!

What are your travel rates?

Our travel rates are based on travel from Dayton, Ohio. Depending on the destination this could include flights, Uber, subway, rental car, and accommodation. We typically base these off of Expedia at the time of booking.
